'Day 16: Shoulders | Home Workout v2.0 | Quah Fitness Club  It\'s lockdown once again due to spreading covid19. So here\'s Home Workout v2.0 for staying in shape. Calisthenics would prove to be beneficial in times like these when we don\'t have access to the gym or equipment. Calisthenics deals with working all body parts using your own body weight as an external resistance like dumbbells and weights are used in gyms. Calisthenics is all about core strength and does focus on building mobility and flexibility along with strength and stamina.  Important Tip for Those who are bulking Don\'t go for too many reps but make each rep harder and that can be done by using weights or using a resistance band.  For beginners Try the easier variation of the exercise by keeping knees down or trying the negatives but do try to get max repetition in every set.
